Givaudan is the world biggest flavours and fragrances company, with a presence right across the world. At the heart of their global operation is the sourcing of thousands of natural ingredients. The Givaudan Foundation was established over 20 years ago to align with Givaudan’s values and dedication to fostering long-term, meaningful change in the areas where it operates. We bring that to life in punchy, focussed texts.
An exercise in brevity
Since 2022, and building on CONTEXT’s relations with Givaudan itself, we have been responsible for writing all texts for the Foundation’s Annual Report. Although each initiative is broad in scope, we generally have to provide an overview of the year’s updates for a project in just 150 words – a relatively limited text to impart a lot of information. We also write the President’s address, based on pointers provided.
What value did we bring?
CONTEXT understands the client and its expectations. Language and messaging have to be precise, clear and without hyperbole – the annual report is not an indulgent exercise is self-congratulatory reflection. The Givaudan Foundation expects the supplier of content to align with their values and approach: no-nonsense – to get the job done professionally, with minimum fuss and maximum added-value.
