The push for net zero is on globally. No company is further at the forefront in bringing that vision to households than Daikin, whose heat pump products are known for their exceptional performance and reliability. CONTEXT was appointed as the writing team responsible for case study content gathering and write-ups, and we also came forward with an unsolicited innovation in video – turning write ups into animated videos.
We do everything
Although reasonably formulaic, each case study invariably has its own dynamic, and we must blend the thoughts of homeowners – whose focus is very much on the products performance and output – with the comments of installers and Daikin’s own sales people. CONTEXT sets up all the calls, gathering content directly, and arranging photography across the UK. We do it all, taking the load off Daikin’s shoulders.
What value did we bring?
The initial feedback was that we were bringing more flavour to the write-ups – presented in a PDF – with our focus less on product technicality, more benefit-driven. Proactively, we took the first case study, wrote a script and produced an animated video, which Daikin now embed in the website, next to the write-ups. Daikin loved the innovation and we now provide selected written case studies with a video.
